Italian Luxury Fashion Retailer to Open in Wedgewood Houston

Italian high-end fashion retail concept Brunello Cucinelli has tapped Wedgewood Houston for its first Tennessee location.

According to a Metro permit application, the boutique will operate in an under-construction building located at 507 Houston Street and part of mixed-use development Wedgewood Village. Nashville-based AJ Capital Partners is undertaking the development. AJ Capital Partners started work in mid-2023 on Wedgewood Village, a multi-building project that will include the South Nashville neighborhood’s historic Merritt Mansion.

The future Brunello Cucinelli boutique will join other high-end and luxury retailers and restaurants in Wedgewood Houston. These include Hermès, Bathhouse, Momotaro and Pastis.
