A Look Inside: Pastis Nashville

Pastis Nashville is officially opening on Thursday, June 26, 2025, in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood.

Pastis is an iconic NYC-based Parisian brasserie with other outposts in Miami and Washington, D.C. The original location opened in New York City’s Meatpacking District in 1999. Pastis, now under STARR Restaurants, was founded by Keith McNally, an iconic restaurateur behind Balthazar, Minetta Tavern, Morandi, and more. Nashville marks the fourth location for the Pastis brand. Guests can expect classic French fare served with a modern twist. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.
