Framework Open in Wedgewood Houston

Now in Wedgewood Houston, Finnish-inspired sauna and cold plunge studio Framework has opened its flagship Framework at 1411 Fourth Ave. S.

The new space features seven traditional custom saunas and 13 cold plunge tubs with indoor or outdoor options, as well as The Café at Framework. Framework is Nashville’s first studio for social sauna and cold plunge, dedicated to the proven foundational benefits of regular hot and cold exposure.

“Framework is really focused narrowly on sauna and cold plunge,” explained Allen Penn, the owner of Framework. “Our goal is to be the most social place to sauna and cold plunge.”
