Slim + Husky's Expands to Wedgewood Houston
Slim + Husky’s Pizza Beeria is expanding to a new Nashville neighborhood this month.
The Nashville pizza joint has partnered with Diskin Cider for a kitchen takeover, launching June 27, according to a news release.
“Our team has wanted to open in the Wedgewood-Houston area for several years. The opportunity to collaborate with Diskin gives us an immediate ability to serve the Wedgewood Houston community alongside another brand that values its neighbors,” Clint Gray, co-founder of Slim + Husky’s, said. “We hope to add to the already cool vibes that Diskin provides and that have been brewing within this district.”
To start, Slim + Husky’s will have the same hours as Diskin Cider, located at 1235 Martin St., but will eventually offer a walk-up, takeout window.
Slim + Husky’s will offer its signature menu, with eight classic pizzas, wings, salads, cheesy bread and cinnamon rolls.
