Perenn Expands with a Fresh Take on the Neighborhood Market
Nashville’s favorite new bakery is growing. Perenn, the all-day café, rotisserie and bistro known for its house-made breads and pastries, is introducing a new concept: Perenn Grocery, coming to Wedgewood Houston in Summer 2026.
This will be the third Tennessee location for the Perenn team, following the recent openings of Perenn Franklin and Perenn Bakery in Berry Hill.
Located within AJ Capital Partners' 18-acre mixed-use Wedgewood Village development in Nashville’s Wedgewood Houston neighborhood, Perenn Grocery will reimagine the neighborhood market by pairing daily in-house baking with a thoughtfully curated selection of grocery staples. Expect the same beloved breads, pastries and prepared foods, alongside locally sourced meats, produce and pantry goods.
Founders Tyler and Aubrey O’Laskey are building a space where you don’t have to wait for the weekend farmer’s market — everything is local, handpicked and ready to take home.
