iggy’s brings Italian-inspired wine and pasta to Wedgewood Houston
After years at culinary destinations, including The French Laundry, Spain’s La Broche and Martín Berasategui, Noma Japan, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and Catbird Seat, Chef Ryan Poli returns to Nashville to open iggy’s.
In partnership with his brother Matt, who serves as beverage director and GM, iggy’s is a culmination of all the Poli brothers’ favorite things–handmade pasta, craft cocktails, an eclectic soundtrack, and genuine hospitality. The seasonal menu celebrates local farmers and producers, creative ingredients, bold flavors, and new twists on the classics.
